I have received a Somme 100 Poppy today. Included is a certificate remembering John Hammond. He will not be forgotten. May he rest in peace.

thanks for that. I was at a Somme Memorial service in St Anne’s Cathedral Belfast on Sunday 3rd July when John and his brother James were remembered along with 16 other sets of brothers from Ulster who died on 1st July 1916.
